The "Greek Almanac" is a simple application that emulates desktop calendars, which provide information for each day of the year. It displays all the celebrations of the Orthodox Church, mobile and immobile, the phase of the moon and the sunrise and sunset times.
The user can search for a mobile celebration (e.g. Ash Monday, Easter Day, etc.) in any year as well as an immobile celebration by the name of the honoured saint.
The application can also look at the “Contacts” stored in the user’s phone and make a list with all the people who have a name day. It can also send an SMS message with greetings to all or some of them.
Available in the greek language only.

Changes: Έκδοση 1.16 #72:,Προστέθηκε το γραφικό στοιχείο (widget) Εορτές, το οποίο εμφανίζει μόνο την εορτή της ημέρας χωρίς να δείχνει την ημερομηνία. Ο λόγος ύπαρξής του είναι ότι πολλοί χρήστες μπορεί να προτιμούν να έχουν στην οθόνη τους άλλα widgets που δείχνουν ημερομηνία και ώρα αλλά ταυτόχρονα θέλουν να βλέπουν την εορτή της ημέρας και την πληροφορία αν κάποιοι από τις επαφές τους γιορτάζουν. Για καλύτερο συνδυασμό με άλλα widgets, δίνεται η δυνατότητα ρύθμισης των χρωμάτων του στοιχείου.
